What to Expect

 Upon entering the office you will be given paperwork that you will be asked to fill out to the best of your ability. If you need help please ask the secretary.

 I will then go over your client history form and client waiver forms with you in the massage room.

 I will attain your goals and give my goals and expectations for the session.

 You will have your choice of music from a selection in the room, all are designed to relax and make you comfortable.

 After I leave the room, you should undress to your comfort level! (Please keep underpants on)

 Most massages will start face down and then go face up during the massage.

 Please pull the sheet up to your neck and relax

 The next hour is yours.  I will use a multitude of manipulations and strokes that will both relax and rejuvenate your body.

 During the massage I will be checking in with pressure and with permission to work on certain areas of the body.

 When the massage is done, I will let you know in a kind and respectful manor and then I will leave the room.

 Take your time getting off the table and after you do get dressed and have a complementary water and piece of chocolate.

 I will then check in with you again to see how the massage went and then you will pay the secretary for the massage.
