CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid cancellation fees a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to appointment is required because this impacts the therapist ability to fill the time slot appropriately. 

If you cancel after the 24 hour mark of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be billed to the credit card we have on file for you

If you fail to show up at your scheduled appointment time without providing 24 hours notice, a fee of 100% of your total appointment will be charged to the credit card we have on file for you.

If you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment and make it available to other clients

All outstanding fees must be paid in order to book another appointment.
