DO YOU DIRECT BILL?

No. Unfortunately there are too many variables between insurance plans, and I do not always know your plan details. I cannot know when you will max out your coverage or if you require a Rx prior to your initial appointment. Please be prepared to pay for your appointment and I will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

After you book your appointment, I will send you a virtual client intake form. I ask that you fill this out before coming to your first appointment. 
Once you arrive, I will greet you and take you downstairs* to my private treatment room to discuss any health concerns you may have and go over the information provided on your intake form. I will then preform some screening tests and osteopathic bases assessment to determine the cause of your dysfunction/pain and to determine if it is safe to proceed with massage. 
*my treatment is located in the basement of my home. You must be comfortable using stairs in order to be able to book an appointment with me. If stairs are a concern for you, please contact me as I have an alternative option.

WHERE IS THE CLINIC LOCATED?

I have a cozy, professional home based clinic room located in East Selkirk, MB. The address is 679 Stone Church Rd in East Selkirk, MB. We are located apx 5 mins outside of Selkirk (just past the "Bridge to Nowhere") and apx 20 mins north of the Perimeter Hwy up 59. There is plenty of parking and plug ins you are welcome to use in the winter.

ALLERGY INFORMATION

We are a smoke free, pet friendly home. We gave 2 cats and large breed dogs that are friendly (they are show dogs and I LOVE to talk about them!) that will remain in their bedroom while you visit. None of our pets are allowed in the treatment room and I run an air purifier in the room to help eliminate as much of the risk for those that may have allergies to our critters as possible. 

The oil I use for treatments is a fractionated coconut oil. If you have skin sensitivities please let me know at the time of booking so we can make required alterations. 

I use hypoallergenic laundry products on my linens and avoid strong fragrances.
