DO YOU DIRECT BILL?

Yes! I direct bill to Telus eClaims partners, MB Blue Cross and SunLife! There are some variances between plans, so please feel free to contact me with any questions

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

After you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation of the appointment through Studio 233. Closer to the date of your appointment, I will send you a virtual client intake form. I ask that you fill this out before coming to your first appointment. 
Once you arrive to Studio 233, I will greet you and take you upstairs* to my private treatment room to discuss any health concerns you may have and go over the information provided on your intake form. I will then perform some screening tests and osteopathic based assessment to determine the cause of your dysfunction/pain and to determine if it is safe to proceed with massage. 
*my treatment is located in the upper level of Studio 233 in Selkirk, MB. You must be comfortable using stairs in order to be able to book an appointment with me. If stairs are a concern for you, please contact me as I have an alternative option.

WHERE CAN I PARK WHEN ATTENDING MY APPOINTMENT?

There is parallel street parking in front of the building with a time limit of 2 hours, which is plenty to attend your massage appointment. There is also ample parking to the rear of the building

ALLERGY INFORMATION

The oil I use for treatments is refined coconut oil. If you have skin sensitivities please let me know at the time of booking so we can make required alterations. 

I use hypoallergenic laundry products on my linens and can avoid strong fragrances the day of your visit if you let me know to do so. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

At this time I accept cash, debit, credit and e-transfer.
