RELAXATION MASSAGE
Relaxation massage does not incorporate specific assessment or treatment. This is a hands-on body treatment that engages your parasympathetic nervous system and leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPY
I provide specific assessment to determine the dysfunctional musculature, and provide intrinsic and extrinsic treatments to address the issue. Results in pain reduction and increased Range of Motion for the client.

This is a quick treatment for when you just want your treatment focus to 1 or 2 problem areas.

This is a good option if you want specific treatment of more than one area, but will not accommodate a full body massage. Can also be used as an option for childrens treatments.

This is the most common duration for a massage. It allows time for specific assessment, treatment and full body massage

Full Body Massage with Specific assessment and extensive treatment of problem areas
